-The Nasty Blogger Strikes Back!-

Finally i'm back after a long break from blogging. Well, it's mainly because i have nothing to blog about. I'm not like all the JCians who have things like their school to blog about. Anyway, that's beside the point. The point is i hate those JC-going freaks. Looking at you like you are some kind of idiot who's not smart enough to make it to where they are and laughing at you for having to slough your hearts out trying to make some quick buck in the working world. I abhor them. Now that is the reason why i do not want to go to a JC lest i become a snobbish freak. Who says not making it into a JC means you are dumb? It just means that you have different studying methods and eventually, i think non-JC people will be the ones who will be able to survive out there in the working world as they will have more working experience. Unlike those over-protected JCians.

[Whatever's up there does not refer to all of the JC people. Just some obnoxious brats. Proud ass. May you be tripped by your huge egos and fall flat on your face, smashing that "oh so 'beautiful' face" of yours.]

-I Quit!-

While everybody is blogging about their jc life and how fun it is, i shall bog about working and how NOT fun it is.

Firstly, i seriously do not like my workplace. Although it is family owned and i have a lot of freedom as in i can come and go whenever i like, it is no fun at all. I would rather teach a primary school kid tuition. Speaking of which, anybody who knows of primary school kids looking for a tutor? So back to the topic of me hating work, i told my mother that i am going to quit on saturday. But!! They refused to let me go! How could they do this to me? I would raher go take up some kind of course. Why didn't i sign up for a jc? I can't wait to get back to school. Now i know why adults always tell me that when i start working i would want to go back to studying again.

Quitting is besides the point. The most shocking thing that has happened to me this week is that my mother has been asking me to become a teacher. As in a school teacher. Everytime i talk to her she would tell me how good teaching is. I would look at her and go like " WHAT?!?!?! Be a teacher? NO WAY!!" After seeing how we torture teachers in school I am most definitely not going to become one of the tortured souls. I am so going to go into the hotel and tourism industry. I do not care if Temasek Polythecnic is too far.

Bleahx..not gonna write anymore..

-1st January 2005 -

It's the first day of the new year 2005 and after a long and tumultuous year of 2004, it's a wonder that most of us survived it. However, the sad thing is that towards the end of the year, a calamity has to hit us. Let us all pray for the victims of the Azech earthquake and the tsunami. May the lost be found soon and may those who have lost their homes to the terrible disaster be able to resume their normal lives soon.

Indeed, 2004 has been a year fraught with global disasters. From the bird flu, to the Madrid and Jakarta bombings to the most recent Azech earthquake and tsunami devastating the coasts of Thailand and Indonesia. Although we can always counter attack the terrorists, find vaccines for bird flu, we can never anticipate any natural disaster that may befall us. Despite all our 'superior' technology, we are still subjected to mother nature's fury.

However the year has passed and now we have entered a new year with a new start. As a wise man once said, we should always look to the future and never dwell on the past. Let us hope that this would be a brand new year for everyone and things around the world would change for the better.

Okay. Enough of the Miss-Universe-i-wish-for-world-peace speech. Back to some of my own rantings.

Browsing through the many phamplets that i have of the various polytechnics, i realised that i am afraid to make a choice. Would i be a toilet cleaner or something greater than that? It all depends on this choice that i would be making in like about 2 months time. Maybe it is still too early to make a decision now but i would rather it be sooner than later because i do not know when this fickle mind of mine change and eventually causing me to regret my decision.

Anyway, I would like to wish all the JC1 goers the best of luck in the new school term. Whereas for those like me, working our butts off, Hang On!! We only have a few more months to go.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
